ClearPath Renewables can provide a one-time lump sum payment to geothermal system homeowners in exchange for the transfer of ownership of the Environmental Attributes of the geothermal system, most frequently referred to as Geothermal Renewable Energy Credits (GRECs), to ClearPath. This program is available for a wide variety of scenarios including homeowners that are current ClearPath customers and homeowners just now considering the purchase of a geothermal heating and air conditioning system. The value of the one-time lump sum payment is determined on a case-by-case basis.
